We do not store full credit card or mobile wallet credentials on our servers; we only retain transaction IDs and status for billing history. Vehicle Information: Make, model, and EV battery specifications to optimize charging sessions.

B. Technical and Usage Data

Location Data: To help you find available parking spots or EV charging stations near you, we require access to your device's GPS location. This is only collected with your explicit consent. App Usage: We collect information on how the Service is accessed and used (e.g., duration of stay, charging energy consumed). Log Data: IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Ethiopian Proclamation No. 1205/2020, we process your data based on: Contractual Necessity: To provide the parking and charging services you request. Consent: For location tracking and marketing communications. Legal Obligation: To comply with tax, safety, and regulatory requirements in Ethiopia.

4. How We Use Your Data

Service Delivery: To manage parking reservations, initiate EV charging, and process payments. Smart Mobility Optimization: To analyze occupancy rates and energy demand to improve urban mobility. Communication: To send receipts, session reminders (e.g., "charging complete"), and security alerts. Safety & Security: To prevent fraud and ensure the physical security of parking facilities.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with: Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist with cloud hosting, payment processing, and SMS notifications. Parking/Station Owners: Information necessary to validate your booking at a specific partner location. Legal Requirements: If required by Ethiopian law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account at any time via the App settings. Google Play Requirement: We provide a dedicated link in the app to request data deletion, ensuring that all non-essential data is purged from our systems within 30 days of the request.

The security of your data is important to us. We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and secure storage protocols. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
